Prior to working at RARE Real Estate, Mark worked as Site Supervisor for a luxury home builder who specialized in Forest Hill and Rosedale. This allows him to offer insight into parts of the home that few other Realtors are truly knowledgeable about. This can be invaluable for buyers. Brandon’s background comes from the complementary field of sales and negotiation which is vitally important for helping clients achieve their goals. Mark and Brandon believe that no single Realtor can specialize in everything but, by coming together, the two of them can properly assist clients in a larger capacity than most and they can do it while offering top client service.

PHILOSOPHY

The core of our business is built on past, present and future client relationships. Unlike many Realtors, we won’t mysteriously disappear after a transaction, as we provide our clients with the value of having highly skilled Realtors who are on call and happy to help, especially when there is no commission on the line. ADMINISTR ATION

Providing first-rate service to our clients has always been our top priority. With incredible amounts of disclosures and paperwork, this requires a full-time, dedicated inquires. Along with our full-time assistant and junior associate, both Sidra Sack, a full-time Administrator, and Susan Kruger, our Sales Manager, are both excellent in their fields. Their efforts allow us to dedicate our time to focus on our biggest strengths; prospecting for buyers, networking with other top agents in the marketplace, negotiating contracts, following up on leads and aggressively marketing your home.
